Personal--Husband of one, father of two (a boy 5 years old and a girl two years old); yes my wife and I are as tired as we are happy. I love my wife and my children with all my heart.

Education--History and Educational Leadership; while the Leadership has proven more vocational, the History has had a much greater impact on my life.

Professional--I mangage people and code; the people are much cooler, and more complex.

Political--While considerably left of center, I am still to the right of my wife.

Spiritual--A strange blend Cultural Judaism, Mystical Judaism, Buddhist Meditative Practices and Personal Experience. While in general I believe that Liberal Religious institutions such as Unitarian Universalism are far better for our society than their conservative opposites, personal experience leaves me with an understanding that organized religion is a bad idea. If you want to have a spiritual experience, close your mouth, try your best to stop thinking and pay close attention to what comes up.
